After the parishes Of St. Michael, Mitchell WI and Our Lady Of Angels, Armstrong WI merged in 1998 As Our Lady Of Angels parish.  the parish then became a cluster with St. Mary, Eden WI and St. Michael, Dotyville. WI on Jan. 1, 2001, those three parishes became Shepherd Of The Hills. The first part involved the mergers, while the second part involved  the building of the church and school. Windows were taken from the old  churches and refitted and installed in the new church.Jesus and the children window was taken from the old  church and refitted and installed in the new school.
